REFUND, RETURN, AND SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have listed some policies below to better assist you.

  • Your returns must be authorized. In case of unauthorized returns, additional fees may occur.
  • Images of the issues/items may be requested depending upon the case.
  • We won’t be responsible for damages during returns because of poor packaging
  • We offer a money-back guarantee for up to 30 days minus the discounts and shipping costs depending on our terms of service.
  • After 30 days to 45 days, we offer store credit, and upon returns restocking fees will occur.
  • Processing RMAs will require extra time, so please be patient. We will update you with any information regarding RMAs asap. Please return RMAs at least within 7 days so there are no delays in your return.
  • If you send a return to the wrong address, it will delay the refund and may be subjected to additional fees for reshipping or restocking.
  • Returns of partial orders will be subjected to evaluation and the returns will be made in the form of store credit. In case of rejection, the parcel will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Returns are not applicable for special order items or electrical items. These items include but are not limited to Custom Paint, Hydrocarbon, Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, Leather, Carpets, Mats, and Special Orders. In case of defects, the item can be repaired or replaced under warranty. (Note: customers must bear the shipping cost for warranty claims.) request is declined due to the item being considered used, then you have to pay the fees to ship back the item.

EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS

If your Lloyd Mat is defective, it can only be exchanged but not refunded.
Painted, Hydrocarbon, and Carbon Fiber parts are made per order, hence cannot be returned. You may get an exchange only if there is a defect in the paint job.
Leather goods are non-refundable, if we make an exception, there will be a 50% restocking fee.
Any heat-sealed item that has been opened is considered used and any item that is installed is non-refundable.
Seat belts can only be exchanged if they are defective. They can only be exchanged for the same item.
Stainless steel dress-up products can only be returned if they are still new or unused with a 25% restocking fee. If the product has been installed, the plastic film has been removed, or the product has any scratches the refund request will be denied.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Parts that are bulky and oversized will be excluded from free shipping of over $199 and will carry a freight charge. The extra freight charge will be calculated at checkout.
We have free shipping for the lower 48 States of the USA. If your purchase gives you free shipping and later any item is returned to us, in case of an authorized refund, the shipping cost for the product will be deducted.
Normal parcels can be shipped free of charge to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico but parcels on the heavier sides will require a shipping fee. You can ask us for a quote before you place your order or we will be contacting you after your order is shipped, for you to authorize any additional shipping fee.
