Terms & Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Vette Customs wants to give our visitors a premium and secure experience, hence ensuring that we have some terms and conditions for visiting our website. These terms and conditions are put in place for the improvement of our customer and visitor experience. If anyone refuses to follow these terms, you must leave our website immediately.
We request every user or visitor to do the responsible thing to go through our terms and conditions, so they can be sure if they should be visiting our website or not. If you disagree with our rules then please leave our website.

CUSTOM MADE PARTS

Orders for customized parts require a longer time for fulfillment. These items may include painted parts but are not limited to them. Orders for parts like hydrocarbon parts, leather goods, Lloyd Mats, and many carbon fiber, and fiberglass parts will take longer to fulfill.

  • 7-10 business days for Lloyd mats.
  • 8-10 weeks for Fiberglass and Carbon Fiber parts
  • 6-8 weeks for Custom Paint/Hydro Carbon parts
  • 8-10 weeks for Exhaust Systems.Our aim is to give you the best possible and ideal experience of our products. So, kindly have patience and don’t rush these sensitive products. We promise to give you your ideal results.

CANCELLATION/ ADJUSTMENTS REQUESTS:

  • If you have placed an order that is specially made for your requirements, you have until 3 days to cancel that order after the order is placed. There will be a cancellation fee of 25%. You will get the rest as a refund.
  • If you placed a wrong order, are unable to verify ID, or just have a change of mind you can apply for cancellation but there will be a 5% card processing fee. Note: this rule is not applied to backorders.
  • Only cancellation sent to the correct request email (returns@customvettemods.com) can be accepted. Plus, an associate must review your application, and then he will decide based on the options we have. If the order is already shipped or fully made, then it is highly likely that we won’t be able to accept your cancellation requests.
  • Once you have placed an order, there is less chance that your address can be updated in the middle of fulfillment. Hence, make sure on your end that the address you entered is correct. But if you must change an address, you can send us a request, we will require ID verification as a non-negotiable security protocol.
  • Once the order is placed, adjustments may or may not be possible. Whether you want to adjust order quantity or add to order, the chances are high that you may have to place a new order for it. So, review your cart carefully before checkout.

CUSTOM DUTIES AND TAXES

The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes to their respective authorities. These fees may vary according to individual country rules, products, and order value.

ORDER SHORTAGE/DAMAGE/INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an incorrect item or your order is received damaged, then please alert us within 72 hours of receiving the order. If you fail to alert us in that time frame then we are exempt from any liability. Do send us pictures of the issue and your refund or replacement will not be approved until we have thoroughly investigated the issue.

PRICE MATCH

We will price match at our discretion if any other corvette specialty dealer’s prices are less than ours. You must notify within 7 days from the order date. We won’t be matching prices from auctions, amazon, or any other special discount promotion. Price match requests will only be accepted if the site in question is an authorized dealer of custom chevy parts. The price matched adjusted amount will be added to gift cards for future orders.

PAYMENT ISSUES

In case of any payment disputes on the delivery route, we will contact you to clear any occurred debt. If we can’t find a resolution for the situation, we will contact a collection firm to handle the debt on our behalf. The collection fees will be credited to your account, so please work within the terms of our policies.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We won’t be responsible for any 3rd party costs that may occur due to your order. Mechanic costs, storage costs, towing, extra hardware, reroute fees from carriers, reshipping fees for failed deliveries will be the customer’s responsibility.
If you wish to install the ordered part by yourself, we will not be responsible for any injuries that may occur during installation. So, please do it at your own risk.
Things like prices and inventory are subjected to change without notice. We will do our best to keep an accurate consistent website representation but fluctuations may occur due to updating the database or any other error message. All the inventory that is displayed on the website may differ in representation when compared to the Original Equipment Manufacturers’ (OEM) accessories and color.
Customers and visitors must agree to these terms and conditions in order to use/purchase our products.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT:

Any disputes and disagreements arising from our agreement may be settled by binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted in a confidential manner as per commercial arbitration rules of the AAA. Any end result or final proceeding will be in writing and shall provide a detailed explanation by the law for the conclusion. The proceeding must have assessments of the costs, expenses, and attorney fees. The arbitration must be in the written record and the hearing must take place under a Civil Law entity. Both parties have the right to object to any part of the arbitration.
